By creating an account, using the service, purchasing a QR sticker or otherwise accessing Vaahan Connect, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our applicable policies.

2. About Vaahan Connect

Vaahan Connect provides QR-based vehicle communication features designed to help users communicate regarding vehicles without requiring the registered vehicle owner's personal mobile number to be publicly displayed on the vehicle.

Features may include vehicle registration, QR sticker assignment, vehicle-related alerts, supported communication options, order management and related services.

3. User Accounts

Users are responsible for providing accurate information when creating and maintaining an account.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for activity performed through their account.

You must notify Vaahan Connect if you believe your account has been accessed or used without authorization.

4. Vehicle Information

You may register only vehicles for which you are authorized to provide and manage the relevant information.

You are responsible for ensuring that vehicle, owner, driver and contact information supplied through the service is accurate and kept reasonably up to date.

5. QR Stickers

Vaahan Connect QR stickers are intended to be associated with eligible vehicles and used with the Vaahan Connect service.

QR stickers must not be copied, altered, manipulated, assigned to unauthorized vehicles or used for fraudulent, unlawful or misleading purposes.

If a sticker is lost, damaged or suspected of misuse, the user should use available account controls or contact Vaahan Connect support as soon as reasonably possible.

6. Communication and Alerts

Vaahan Connect facilitates vehicle-related alerts and communication. The availability of particular communication methods may depend on the registered user's preferences, permissions, device availability, internet connectivity and supported platform functionality.

Users and scanners must not use Vaahan Connect to harass, threaten, impersonate, spam, defraud or unlawfully contact another person.

7. Orders and Payments

Prices applicable to Vaahan Connect products and services will be displayed before an order is confirmed.

Payments may be processed through authorized third-party payment service providers such as Razorpay.

An order may be treated as confirmed only after successful payment verification and completion of applicable order checks.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Physical QR sticker orders are subject to our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on destination, availability, courier operations and circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

9. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Eligibility may depend on the status of the order, whether a sticker has been personalized, assigned, activated, dispatched or otherwise processed.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Vaahan Connect for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, data or QR identifiers.
• Interfere with the operation, security or availability of the service.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, exploit or misuse platform features except where permitted by applicable law.
• Use the service to harass, threaten, deceive or impersonate another person.
• Submit information that you do not have the right or authority to provide.

11. Availability of Services

We aim to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Features may occasionally be modified, temporarily unavailable or restricted for maintenance, security, legal, operational or technical reasons.

12. Third-Party Services

Vaahan Connect may rely on third-party providers for services such as authentication, hosting, notifications, payments and communications.

Use of third-party services may also be subject to the terms and policies of those providers.

13. Intellectual Property

The Vaahan Connect name, branding, software, designs, content and related intellectual property are protected by applicable rights and may not be copied, reproduced or commercially used without appropriate authorization.

We may restrict, suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, misuse, security threats, legal requirements or material violations of these Terms.

15. Limitation of Responsibility

Vaahan Connect is a communication-enabling service and does not guarantee that a vehicle owner, scanner or other user will respond to a notification or communication request.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Vaahan Connect will not be responsible for losses caused solely by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including network outages, device failures, courier delays or third-party service disruptions.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions when the service, business practices or applicable requirements change.
